Absolutely amazing. Very friendly, staff couldn’t do enough to help. My only complaint was that the pool was very cold but only due to just being filled. Would definitely return

Great value 2 night spa package stay at the Westcliff Hotel. Would definitely recommend the bed, breakfast, dinner and spa treatments package. Service in the restaurant was frustratingly slow on 1 night but saved by the quality of the 3 dinner courses. Friendly, attentive staff elsewhere made it a very relaxing stay. The small, but well equipped gym was a nice surprise and a relief that there were free weights available. Clearly a very popular hotel.
