I booked the deluxe pedicure expecting it to be great but it wasn’t, it was just ok, I’ve had many pedicures and this was far from the best, the therapist, was nice but seemed inexperienced and struggled to carry out procedures. In addition we were squashed up a corner in a reasonably sized treatment room. Eventually she asked me to lie on the bed where she painted my nails leaving me feeling more like I was having a medical procedure rather than a deluxe pedicure.

Downstairs was lovely
massage was amazing spa could be updated.
Lunch was beautiful really enjoyed it.
The lift was broken no one offered to help to carry luggage up stairs and we was on the 4th floor our room was outdated for what we paid compared to what our friend had which she paid the same.

Amazing ambience, the aromatherapy chamber was so relaxing as was the relaxation room itself. The massage removed all tensions, I recommend this spa experience.

Kirra was lovely but a bit rushed. the facial treatment was alright but the body scrub was really rushed. both treatments lasted half an hour less than expected and I found it a bit unfair for the price you pay.
