Very friendly staff .
My treatment was amazing . One hr Swedish massage well worth
the £50.
The changing rooms really need updating, as drains and shower in lady’s changing room were smelly.
Overall we had a lovely time and will return soon.
Would give hotel a 3 Star as it’s old,bedrooms could do with updating. But happy friendly staff and and great location.

We were both pleased with the level of service and our spa treatment and realise that this is most possibly the best you can offer due to the layout of the spa area ..no complaints it was a lovely mini break .thank you

Very friendly staff, facilities were great. Felt very relaxed and welcoming. Treatments were very good staff were thorough and friendly. Will definitely be returning.

Very relaxing and great that there was an option of 2 pools and changing areas. All staff very helpful, professional and courteous. Would definitely go again. Only drawback for me personally was we had to go on s weekend so very busy.
