The venue was great, the staff were brilliant, I had an Elemis body massage with Alice, it was the best treatment I've ever had, followed by a facial which was also fantastic.
The only small flaw was that in the aromatherapy cave the little LED lights on the roof of the cave weren't working.
Everything in the Spa was of a very high standard.

The staff were all helpful & polite. Beauty treatments even with only 25 minutes for each both felt luxurious & not rushed at all! Only let down was hot tub, pool area & changing rooms could do with some maintenance or upgrade. Didn't put me off as I would come again.

I was very impressed at the friendliness of the staff. We had booked a Luxury Spa Package for 2 and was unbelievable. The spa facilities were very pleasant, the food fresh and delicious, the room ok was a bit dated but was clean,fresh and very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate in the slightest in staying again which we are looking at for next but also have recommended to friends and family. Keep up the good work
