Had a very relaxing spa day complete with a lovely massage, use of the facilities and a cream tea. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would recommend having a spa day there.
Swedish Massage
Treatments and staff were lovely. Venue definitely needs a refurb and a good scrub in places! We had difficulty getting through to the spa at first and were repeatedly put through to other departments in the hotel and were then told that we couldn't have the treatments we wanted. Eventually, I got through to a great member of staff who postponed our day and got us the treatments we wanted. The facial and massage were fantastic, staff were polite and friendly but lack of locker tokens was a bit of a nuisance.
Overall we were fairly happy with the day but I was put off by the dirty walls in the ambience room and the ceilings above the pool

I am disappointed to be asked to leave a review having already emailed the hotel directly and have not been replied to.
Firstly I'd like to say thank you for what overall was a lovely spa day. Your facilities were very relaxing especially the aromatherapy cave, your bar staff were attentive and we enjoyed our cream tea.
Our treatments, two Swedish massages, were booked in for half three. My friend went in at half three. My therapist was finishing off someones nails which delayed my appointment. I went in at 3.41 as I text my friend to say I'd gone in late. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage although felt it hadn't been as long as it should be. I checked my phone when I got off the bed and I had been in the treatment room for 17 minutes. Given that this was the main reason for the spa visit I was disappointed that my time was squeezed. She took the time to finish off someone else's nail appointment and I would have appreciated my full time. I feel it is unacceptable to sacrifice my time to catch up.

Thank you to melissa and lisa for our great massges and also for my lovely facial. Both ladies were excellent and really made my husband and I feel at ease. We came away so happy and rejuvinated. We couldn't fault anything about our experience. And will definitely be back. Thanks again. X
