The lady at the spa reception desk did not acknowledge us when we arrived and as soon as we arrived were told there were no robes and slippers. The they hadn’t come across the voucher I had before. I explained that we had a long journey and they could check the details in their time. The afternoon tea was good, the facilities were good, although the decor was tired and needed a deep clean. The back massage was very good, firm just as I had asked.

This was our second visit for a spa day and we were not disappointed. It was just as enjoyable as the first time we came. Staff are all very friendly and the massage was perfect. A great spa day finished off with bubbly and afternoon tea, beautifully prepared. Thank you Westcliff - keep up the high standards!

Disgusted that both our swimming costumes and silver rings went discoloured after using the Jacuzzi on saturday . Costumes were "bleached" even more disgusted that hotel blamed our washing powder not the facilities!! Spa manager refused to even talk to us. Even receptionist agreed with us but nothing could be done.Have written to customer services but as yet email not even acknowledged...very very disappointed. Won't be recommending or using again .
