Robes were a bit rough, the inside edges of the pool in the spa needed a scrub. A place for the used towels and robes would be nice instead of everyone leaving them in the changing room when they were finished with.
But had a lovely day
Swedish Massage
Second visit to the hotel and spa. Superb value. Best facial ever! Staff lovely. Spa fab although no one wipes the floor,which was dangerously slippery. Hotel needs some redecorating but won’t put me off returning.
Classic Facials
Fab time. Young irish lad on reception is a gem very polite and helpful

Excellent massage and great spa facilities. I would throughly.recommend as I felt totally relaxed after.
Manicure
The staff in the spa were all very friendly & helpful & the lady who did my mini pedicure was lovely but the whole cleanliness of the spa was disappointing! The floor was so slippy, even when walking with care my friend & I nearly went flying more than once! There were used plasters around one near the jacuzzi & 1 in the aromatherapy room, the jacuzzi was so hot it almost felt like the jets were burning at times! There were dressing gowns & towels all over the place making the place look messy! The ladies changing room was very grim especially the shower & later on that day part of the ceiling fell down! Overall the whole spa could do with a makeover! Luckily I purchased our spa day through a deal site but I would’ve been extremely disappointed if I’d paid full price! To finish off the afternoon tea was nice but the sandwiches didn’t seem to taste of anything & I think this can also be improved! I think it could all be lovely just needs a bit of a make over & some rubber non slip mats for safety.
