I treated my daughter for her birthday and we had a lovely relaxing day. The treatments were fabulous and Alice our therapist was so lovely. The only slight negative for us was the scones were a bit more like rock cakes! Apart from that we had an amazing day and will definitely go back again.

I was told the night before my stay there were no spa facilities available due to a water leak. It was too late to cancel so we went for it. The therapist went sick so it took a lot of discussion to re arrange our treatments. The treatments were ok but the facilities were very dingy and could do with a lick of paint. They did have a 2nd pool but there were constant swimming lessons and it was full of kids so could not use this either. Our hotel room had problems with the water first no hot and then I cold. The tv did not work and when I complained I was told to go to the beach! The receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. This was not a relaxing stay in fact it was quite stressfull!
