All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.Spa day was cancelled twice due to sickness. on the third time (now 3 months on) we got to proceed but was told by the staff they had to cancel more bookings the day before due to no agency workers being available and more staff sickness. The therapists seemed very new and unsure of themselves and generally the experience was not relaxing. The whole place is overall very very tired and seems a bit grubby. The Jacuzzi was also out of use.
Swedish Massage
The venue staff were welcoming and helpful. Anna was informative and clearly experienced in her provision of a good massage. The afternoon tea was great and the general atmosphere was warm and inviting.

We really had a great time, facilities were very good, good excellent and to finish our day off we had a great massage. We hope to use this place again in the future 🙂
