Enjoyable experience just a bit of trouble with booking but all good in the end

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming however the spa could do with some TLC. It seemed tired with broken tiles and changing facilities very small and grubby looking. There was no relaxing music in the spa area for a good hour and then it came on. The spa was relatively tidy but the steam room had a strange musty smell and it became apparent others noticed this as after a few hours a staff member appeared to be adding essential oils and then it smelt much better. The treatments were lovely and very professional but treatment beds were incredibly hard and not overly comfortable in comparison to others I’ve experienced.

There is not one thing I didn't love about it, the facial felt amazing and so relaxing staff was really friendly, definitely recommend.
Classic Facials
Spa treatments excellent. Noise of jacuzzi was loud and drowned out the music in the relaxation room and the aromatherapy cave. The cave needed attention to the floor loose tiles. Need to update changing rooms in the spa so not to have to walk through to swimming pool facilities where floor was very wet. Lunch was good and staff were very polite.
