Lovely treatment from friendly,competent therapists. Spa had no loungers to relax on, had plastic cups scattered around and did not have a restful ambience.

The spa was lovely very chilled. it unfortunately fell down with the afternoon tea were I paid for extra pots of tea when it should of been unlimited and the staff didn't even offer to refund my money.
