The lady who gave me the massage was lovely and i really enjoyed being pampered. I also bought 2 bottles of massage oils . I bought a massage for my partner also as it was his birthday. He said he was very relaxed and almost fell asleep

The reception staff (bar one) didn't seem to know what they were doing and the place is in need of a lot of maintenance. The shower in the changing rooms drains smelt awful. The spa treatment and ladies who did it was lovely. Vegan cream tea was not a cream tea! They had run out of soya for the drinks. They offered an apple and brownie cake alternative. Which was nice but I would have liked to see an alternative to cream tea/scone as they said was offered.

Very nice staff, unfortunately the changing room was very small with just 1 toilet and 1 tiny (mouldy) shower. Pool & jacuzzi were also cold & sauna not working, relaxation room full of very loud lads so not relaxing.
