Great weekend away staff where great and couldn’t have done more than they did .
Would be nice to have hot chocolate sachet’s in the room and a box of tissues in each room

The whole spa department needs revamping and putting together as all over the place and walking through reception or bar is not pleasant in a robe. Need more sunbeds and doors open from pool to garden and a plug in changing rooms. Staff (spa NOT reception) were extremely helpful and friendly. Massage was amazing

A groupon voucher deal so always a bonus, but mislead by small print from groupon which necessitated extra cost to use spa (we were only entitled to the leisure pool and gym with voucher!)
Staff very friendly and helpful and afternoon tea was lovely.
Treatment was superb
Spa is nice but looking a little tired and needs some TLC but a good day.
