The spa facilities were lovely and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed out time. The aromatherapy cave was out favourite although the lights didn't appear to work.
Head Massage
We had a very relaxing day the staff were absolutely fantastic, Reece was very helpful, polite and made us feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. We all enjoyed our massage and time using all the facilities available, there was a bit of a mix up concerning our afternoon tea but was soon put right by Adam and Angie thank you all.

Head Massage
Did not receive the treatment I had booked, was advised by the therapist they don't do it. What I was going to get was a head and shoulder massage which is completely different. Complaint was made and still not resolved, still awaiting a phone call to advise on a refund. I have since gone to another spa to get the treatment I booked with no issues.

The spa overall was lovely. We booked as a group using an online voucher so it made the whole day fantastic value. The receptionist was attentive and polite and the therapist was very good.
There were a few areas of the spa which needed a little lick of paint here and there and a few minor improvements but we had a great day and would come back again.
