Not able to use the changing rooms in the spa so had to walk through reception back and forwards to the other ones not good especially as there werent any slippers available so we were barefoot. Facilities are run down and grubby looking, my treatments were lovely althouh I wasnt given the name of my therapist. Overall not impressed and wont visit again.

Great facilities and it was very clean. Only issue we had was that the swimming pool and whirl pool was so cold, not really a relaxing experience. Both me and my friend had a facial and they were totally different, she got a neck massage while her face mask was on but I had nothing, just a short scalp massage

Friendly staff very clean could have done with offering more clean towels during the day but otherwise had a lovely day
