Our visit to the Hallmark Hotel and Spa in Bournemouth was excellent. Everything from the staff, the food, the spa facilities and the rooms were great. One thing that could be improved is the shortage of toilets in the spa facility. The one in the ladies was out of order and we had to go upstairs into the hotel. It was only a small inconvenience and would not put us off going again. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a spa break
This is definitely the perfect way to spend a Sunday, relaxing in the Spa and enjoying a delicious lunch before having a luxurious treatment. This is my go to Spa for quality, experience and customer service.
Treatment was excellent and the staff were great. Some of the spa facilities were a bit tired, locks broken on changing room door and steam room big working.
Unfortunately this deal was not worth the money we paid.
First impression once we arrived was nice, helpful and lovely staff explained everything and showed around. We were excited to start our spa day.
Unfortunately the steam room and sauna wasn't working.. we wanted to spend at least 3hours using facilities but we could stay only an hour because we could only enjoy jacuzzi and pool.
Changing rooms are very very old.
The treatments- my boyfriend was quite lucky with a deep tissue back massage- it was a nice deep pressure, relaxing, work on tensed areas. The therapist was Jodie.
Unfortunately I was not that lucky with a scalp neck and shoulder massage- i was dreaming about exactly this treatment - i had a 10min tester in a different place, and it was a heaven! I tho i need to book as a full treatment. But what i got here, was as gentle tickles around my neck and face and then not actually a scalp but my hair massage:)) i understand if the girl is just calcified but then shouldn't be let doing treatments like that...
Overall, at least, the dinner was nice at the restaurant.
