Thank you to melissa and lisa for our great massges and also for my lovely facial. Both ladies were excellent and really made my husband and I feel at ease. We came away so happy and rejuvinated. We couldn't fault anything about our experience. And will definitely be back. Thanks again. X

I had booked a treatment of neck and back massage but found the room too small with no windows and claustrophobic this brought on panic for me so I was unable to proceed I was hoping for a refund but this did not seem likely I offered my friend my treatment but this was not possible until 4:15 which was too late for us .So i guess i have paid for a treatment I could not have . The pool was dirty as was the ceiling in the pool there was also a shortage of lockers . The cream tea was very good . They could do a lot better as far as the spa is concerned

Great facilities, very helpful staff and very relaxing spa treatments. Was extremely refreshing to have no hard sell of products after the treatments. Cream tea was lovely. Very relaxing day and could definitely have stayed longer!
