Wonderful break, staff very polite and helpful, great hotel and room. Extremely relaxing and superb value.

Was a lovely stay at this hotel/spa, the food was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only real negative thing I have to say was that the room had water damage in one of the corners. One other slight issue was that I was unable to use the hot tub as it was always full but I can say that I never had any issues accessing the other leisure facilities. All in all it was a great getaway and I would definitely recommend them.

Lovely setting and location as close to coast and shops, select proactive staff especially thanks to Fran but not all staff provided smooth handover nor could answer simple queries. Spa well organised and timely treatments but hotel facilities urgently need improvement i.e. WiFi (rooms 104-106), broken dangerous floor tiles, missing bottled water & communication between restaurant and reception.
