Had a lovely day, the treatment I had was great so relaxing. The venue itself was very busy and slightly tired looking in some areas of the spa. This did not however stop us having a relaxing day. My only complaint was the sandwiches we ordered for lunch were not worth the money and were not in anyway the sandwiches described on the menu!! A disappointing end to what was otherwise an enjoyable treat from my daughters

truly surprised and delighted at the skill of the therapists. afternoon tea was fresh, delicious, beautifully served and the waiting staff a polite delight. the only down was the ladies locker room needed a good clean, however that wouldnt stop me from going there again. it was a wonderful, wonderful day

Had a lovely day all in all.Did find a pair of someones dirty pants down the side of a chair and asked numerous times for them to be removed.We had to ask reception in the end and they were finally removed.Not very pleasant as me and my friend were eating at the time. But the day was lovely and staff were helpful and nice

I bought this spa day with afternoon tea as a present for a friend. Our whole day was fantastic from the very genuine greeting from the guy on reception who showed us around the facilities, to the pool, sauna, jacuzzi the treatments we both had were fantastic and to top a fabulous day off the afternoon tea was amazing.
