Overall we had a lovely time,we loved the spa, also we loved having the treatment and afternoon tea. the only thing that let the hotel down was some of the staff's lack of communication with us about the door codes to get into the pool,and how to get to the spa etc,as this was our first time at the hotel we were a bit disappointed with her attitude. Also as a gentle suggestion it would be nice to have a choice of plain scones with the afternoon tea, as not everyone likes fruit scones, there were no alternative things offered to me. Other than that everything else was lovely.

We had such a wonderful stay, I've stayed before so I knew how lovely the hotel was.
Our room was super spacious and comfortable.
We had a couple of hairs in the bath and a toothpaste mark on the wall but otherwise we were very happy.
Maybe a few more options on the dinner menu would be desirable as it doesn't match the menu online.
