Great facilities and it was very clean. Only issue we had was that the swimming pool and whirl pool was so cold, not really a relaxing experience. Both me and my friend had a facial and they were totally different, she got a neck massage while her face mask was on but I had nothing, just a short scalp massage

Friendly staff very clean could have done with offering more clean towels during the day but otherwise had a lovely day

Small Pool in spa very cold relaxation area also cold.
No slippers available and no toilet roll in ladies changing room even after we asked.
Scones warm on outside cold on inside presumed they’d been frozen.
Not the best spa day we’ve had.
Great facial, great staff working in hotel and beauty room.

We did have a lovely day, but the spa itself is getting a bit tired and the pool was to cold for a spa pool.
Very disappointed with the scones, which were brought out to us frozen!!

Great individual rooms especially the relaxation and aromatherapy ones! The bathrooms were way too tiny though and only 2!? Pool was freezing ( everyone said same) although the spa pool was lovely and hot - just like home but unfortunately its so small that it was packed for the whole time!
