My treatment was amazing I was very relaxed just wish I had booked a back massage aswell now :-)
Head Massage
I tried emailing the hotel with special requests as my mum is terminally ill but they did not respond.
The spa is nice but does feel a bit dated. We had a lovely relaxing time in there though.
The afternoon tea I did not e joy at all, the scones had too much bicarbonate of soda in as they made my tongue feel fizzy! And the cakes tasted mass produced not home made, we just had a bite of each one but they weren’t nice enough to finish.
I was annoyed to see a sign on the desk offering massage much cheaper than the price I paid to book, we weren’t given water at the end of our massages because we were the last slot of the day and it felt like we were rushed away so they could go home.
Jodie was fantastic and the massage and facial she gave was amazing.

Friend wanted to change treatment last minute which was not a problem for therapy staff at all
Afternoon tea was lovely
Restaurant staff very friendly
Would definitely recommend and visit again
