Staff excellent - very friendly and approachable.
There was a problem with a toilet in the changing rooms which wasn't great and a huge towel mess from big hen parties but in the whole the spa was good. Sadly I got conned a bit on a deal from a separate company selling the spa experience which was a 'downer'.
Swedish Massage
Really pleasantly surprised. I'd booked the twlight spa deal for 4 of us, which included a treatment and a light dinner, with a drink. We weren't sure what to expect, but the facilities were lovely, the treatment was great and the food (the light meal) was fantastic! It was any main from the actual menu, which was a fantastic way to end a lovely evening. Would recommend and purchase again. Excellent value for money!

From the outside the hotel doesn't look like much however the decor of the lounge, bar and reception area certainly screams 4*. Our room decor was a little bit dated, the shower could of done with an upgrade, but the bed was comfortable. The spa facilities are very good with quite a few extra rooms such as the aromatherapy and relaxation rooms, all included in the price. The food was amazing, very well presented and a wide variety of drink choices. All of the staff were polite, friendly and knowledgeable, particularly the bar staff. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

We have visited here before and loved it then so decided to visit again! The massage was great and we love the spa but there was a very noisy hen party there and I was a little disappointed they weren’t asked to be quieter by staff as they were shouting and swearing and splashing water everywhere from the pool. The food was brilliant, dinner and breakfast, and the staff were lovely.
The only downside which we found last time too was the rooms are boiling hot and could do with some tlc, although they are very clean, they are very dated and have broken floor tiles etc.
Overall it’s great value for money and we will certainly return again.

Staff were great especially Jodie who did the facials, facilities were good but needed more heat on steam room and jacuzzi
