All staff very pleasant and helpful. Pool, spa etc very good. Aromatherapy steam room out of action but otherwise good
Pedicure
Very poor, terrible customer service, steam room out of action, pool cold and unpleasant. Changing rooms very small and smelly and not a nice place to undress or dress.
Deep Tissue Massage
Lovely spa facilities the only things I would say was the pool was a little chilly and we didn’t use the sauna, as a larger set lady the tiny door put me off in fear I wouldn’t not fit through which was a real shame. Apart from that it was a lovely experience
