On arrival we had a good greeting and shown around. The shower in ladies changing room needs renovating. The steam room was unavailable. The lighting was very dark in the pool area.
I had booked two massages but was advised I week before, if we wanted treatments together only one person could have a massage, which was a shame. Cream tea for two consisted of 1 scone each. On the whole as I had a Groupon the value for money was there.
Classic Facials
The staff were really welcoming and friendly. We arrived for a spa experience that included a cream tea. We chose the Swedish massage which was lovely and left us feeling very relaxed and would definitely recommend this massage.

I really enjoyed my spa day lunch was really good. Massage was amazing the spa itself was welcoming. The only down side was the spa pool was freezing which they did try to fix.
