Needs more sun loungers to really relax otherwise just have to use rooms/pool all the time. Cream tea was disapointing

Our visit to the Hallmark Hotel and Spa in Bournemouth was excellent. Everything from the staff, the food, the spa facilities and the rooms were great. One thing that could be improved is the shortage of toilets in the spa facility. The one in the ladies was out of order and we had to go upstairs into the hotel. It was only a small inconvenience and would not put us off going again. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a spa break

This is definitely the perfect way to spend a Sunday, relaxing in the Spa and enjoying a delicious lunch before having a luxurious treatment. This is my go to Spa for quality, experience and customer service.

Staff very friendly, Quite a small spa area considering the amount of people allowed in (therefore also quite noisy), treatment was great
