The main disappointment was the changing rooms were in an appalling state and need some rejuvenation. They were dirty and the shower was in an awful state. The spa pool was too cold to swim in and over the 2 days we were there, not 1 person got in it or swam due to the temp. Staff advices us it’s temperature but it most definately wasn’t ehat they said.! Generally the spa was fine but the changing rooms in both the spa and other other pool need improvement and let the place down.
