The hotel itself in the spa area needs updating. We went to the pool and the Loungers were all torn. The Staff were lovely and helpful.

SEEMED LIKE A GOOD DEAL until staff informed us the pool heater was broken and it couldn't be fixed until next day. Hotel room locks weren't working either so we had to ask for a member of staff to let us I the room every time. Didn't feel like we were compensated by being given a drink each...we didn't go there to drink! Staff were lovely though bless them they were up against it!!

On arrival our booking was for another day although it shouldn’t have been, they did fit us in but jacuzzi and pool freezing cold due to boiler issues. A free drink at the bar was offered as compensation! The Spa changing facilities were too small and scruffy and dirty. Although the staff tried to be helpful they clearly didn’t know the answers to simple questions about their facilities. The bar area was in need of a good clean and the furniture was broken and scruffy, including the sun loungers around the pool. I have never written a bad review ever but feel on this occasion it’s a necessity. This spa experience was a gift for my birthday from my daughter and to be honest I feel she wasted her hard earned money.

Needs a good scrub, loungers by the pool are only fit for the bin. Treatments were good
