I was greeted in a friendly manner, staff did seem in enthusiastic .
The treatments were rushed no consultation in depth before hand to get to know me.
Atmosphere was bland not happy.
The facilities were dirty, I didn’t use the showered because they looked like they needed cleaning. Spa decor dated.
Changing rooms very small and locker system outdated.
After treatment the girls weren’t willing to engage in small talk, which is usually the way and no one told me about the products usd in my facial.elemis are great products there was no up selling.
I did buy a voucher for my son .
But I wouldn’t have bought for a group of ladies on a special occasion.
Also there were men fixing things in the corridor, I would have thought maintenance could be done on a closed scheduled day.
Reception and hotel staff ok.
Cream tea was the best part - I wouldn’t rush back!

We had a lovely relaxing day. The staff were excellent and very helpful, the massage was superb and the tea delicious. Can’t fault anything except wheelchair access. I hope the staff didn’t suffer with bad backs as they carried my chair up and down steps. Thank you for your care.

Enjoyed using all the spa facilitates. Facial left me relaxed and glowing.

Everything was lovely apart from the swimming pool was absolutely freezing!!! It sadly spoilt the experience.

Absolutely loved the spa. Good value, very attentive staff. Only disappointment was our food included as part of the deal. Voucher stated lunch but afternoon tea was provided instead. One tea was gluten free and bread was inedible. Also asked for reassurance it was nut free but my daughter had a mild reaction so there was a trace of something that fortunately didn't provoke a full reaction. All other teas were delicious and restaurant staff friendly.
