All staff were friendly and polite however there were quite a few issues on arrival we were told the had run out of robes and that there were no lockers available which meant we had to keep our bags behind the reception desk and keep going to get them when we needed anything , we were provided with an extra towel but that didn't help with privacy as we fetched our bags back and forth not making a very relaxing visit, the changing room was tiny and inadequate and there was only one toilet which due to lack of space someone was changing in ! furthermore there were wet towels and empty cups in abundance cluttering up the chairs and tables obviously no longer in use as we were the only people in the pool at that time the place looked unkempt and uncared for not exactly a spa experience, We enjoyed our facials but the reception area of the spa was filthy the sofas were stained and there were rolls of dust and dirt under the chair as it is such a small area I imagine its not that difficult to keep clean overall we would not be recommending it , My daughter (also a Mum)and I were looking forward to our mothers day treat and came away very disappointed .
Classic Facials
Lovely spa real treat. The lunch was fantastic really helpful waiter. Wish the steam room had been hot when we arrived and swimming pool a little warmer. Other than that it was a great day made to feel very welcome and my two sisters really enjoyed their day and their spas. Thank you
Pedicure
Fabulous full body massage by Lisa. Probably one of the best I’ve had. The difference in water temperatures, red hot in the jacuzzi and very cool in the pool, was very noticeable. The ladies changing room is very small and with the number of ladies there when we were there, it was difficult trying to change in such a small space.
Apart from that would come back again.
