I visited Hallmark Bournemouth with my daughter following an Xmas gift. We were made to feel very welcome and the treatment room was clean and comfortable. I felt relaxed and pampered.
I would have liked a little more time between treatments as I felt a little rushed, due to another client booked immediately after me.

Spa was amazing but my hot stone massage I couldn't relax as there was no music to relax to felt awkward silence also was expecting stone to be placed up my back but the stones hardly used

One of the worst spa experience I have ever had.
The swimming pool was dirty and over crowded. Nowhere to sit around the inside pool. Towels everwhere. Couldn't even sit in the hot tub as there was no space.
The afternoon was 1.45 late!
Appalling services.
