I couldn’t fault the spa’s facilities and value for money, staff were all friendly and helpful. The only small issue was people talking loudly in the relaxation lounge. I understand this isn’t the spa’s fault but maybe a small sign could be put up to warn them to be quieter

The hotel is in need of some TLC a little dated if i am honest, but work is ongoing. The SPA was very nice, steam room, sauna, relax room, hot tub and it was hot. pool. The best part was without doubt the treatment itself, this was amazing, My wife and I both had Swedish Massage and completely independently said to each other how good it was. The only slight down side for me personally was having to go into the public bar dressed in my gown for a coffee, it was quite a busy lunch service and people do tend to stare!!! Maybe as a suggestion refreshments could be served downstairs?? Overall we had a great time and the staff were excellent, Thank you Kevin and Lyn
