Very long time to book in,no clean robes or slippers,changing rooms full of dirty towels and robes so had to change in locker area,could not shower until got home as showers and wash hand basin absolutely dirty,to much chlorine in jacuzzi and pool my sister in law suffered burns and had to fill out an accident form. Toilet seats broken my wife is registered disabled went to use disabled toilet could not use it as lots of chairs put in there.Up graded to afternoon tea and hair found in the food. Birds droppings on floor in dinning room. It was meant to be a birthday treat for our daughter but very dissapointed. The hotel need a visit from environmental health.

The spa was lovely but it was the customer service which really impressed us all, especially the waitress who served us our afternoon tea.

Lovely day. Excellent spa with lovely facilities. Very busy, but quietened down later. They ran out of spa slippers so we had none. Could do with some more sunbeds by the pool. 5 isn’t enough. Afternoon tea was amazing as was the facial. Would definitely go again. Great value for money

Had a lovely day, the treatment I had was great so relaxing. The venue itself was very busy and slightly tired looking in some areas of the spa. This did not however stop us having a relaxing day. My only complaint was the sandwiches we ordered for lunch were not worth the money and were not in anyway the sandwiches described on the menu!! A disappointing end to what was otherwise an enjoyable treat from my daughters
