Swedish Massage
Massage was fabulous. Staff very helpful. Changing room small dirty and smelly. The whole place needs a face lift.
Classic Facials
The heating didn't work in our room but we were given a heater which was a god save. The bedding was amazing. It was like sleeping on a cloud! The staff were nice in the restaurant but the receptionist was not helpful as she didnt pass on the message about our radiator or tell the cleaning staff we had a late check out so they knocked twice
