Real Experiences
All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.From the outside the hotel doesn't look like much however the decor of the lounge, bar and reception area certainly screams 4*. Our room decor was a little bit dated, the shower could of done with an upgrade, but the bed was comfortable. The spa facilities are very good with quite a few extra rooms such as the aromatherapy and relaxation rooms, all included in the price. The food was amazing, very well presented and a wide variety of drink choices. All of the staff were polite, friendly and knowledgeable, particularly the bar staff. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.
Swedish Massage
We have visited here before and loved it then so decided to visit again! The massage was great and we love the spa but there was a very noisy hen party there and I was a little disappointed they weren’t asked to be quieter by staff as they were shouting and swearing and splashing water everywhere from the pool. The food was brilliant, dinner and breakfast, and the staff were lovely.
The only downside which we found last time too was the rooms are boiling hot and could do with some tlc, although they are very clean, they are very dated and have broken floor tiles etc.
Overall it’s great value for money and we will certainly return again.

Staff were great especially Jodie who did the facials, facilities were good but needed more heat on steam room and jacuzzi

Spa it's self was lovely. I had a massage. It was lovely except the next day I could hardly move as my back is very bruised. But this is not due to the treatment being done wrong it's just my body. Beautician was lovely and chatty made me feel at ease. Spa facilities are good the only problem we had was we left the spa early as the jacuzzi was cold and wasn't warming up. The steam room wasn't steaming up and the areomathearpy room was open but the same people sat in there for 2 hours and we couldn't get in. On their part this wasn't fair as they wasn't giving anyone else the chance to experience this. Overall the spa is really good and hotel was lovely to stay at. I will be visiting again

All staff very pleasant and helpful. Pool, spa etc very good. Aromatherapy steam room out of action but otherwise good
