The facilities are wonderful but could do with a deep clean and a bit of tlc especially in the changing rooms. Overall, the afternoon tea was lovely, the massage was fantastic and the staff were great. I have already recommended this spa to friends and family.
Swedish Massage
On arrival we were informed that there were no slippers or lockers available due to no delivery, the main pool was closed meaning that the pool was over filled by other hotel users so space was a bit of an issue, we had booked a spa package containing a two course lunch however when we tried to order this we were informed it was only main and pudding you didn’t get the choice of having a starter instead and the choice of pudding was minimal. Overall we were disappointed by the spa package provided

Very peaceful, relaxing atmosphere throughout spa. Therapists very welcoming and professional. Both my treatment and my friends were heaven. I fell asleep half way through my massage it was so relaxing but firm enough for me to feel before I fell asleep and the day after.
Classic Facials
Friendly beautician who was flexible with my appointment as I had to be else where before I had my toes painted. Rearranged and was super helpful.
