A little disappointed. On Saturday we were told there were no robes and this made our experience very poor. How can you go for lunch or walk through the restaurant in the extra towel they provided? The spa itself was very tired and dated with tiles coming off on the seating areas in the steam room, causing it to be a bit uncomfortable.

Booked for 6 girls, although the treatments were very good, the hotel itself is very tired looking in the bathrooms and downstairs pool area. We were also disappointed that one of the lunches that we ordered did not arrive with the others, and had to wait for the 6th one to be cooked so this person ended up eating on their own as the rest of the food was going cold, not much apology from staff and no offer of compensation.

We enjoyed a relaxing day at the spa and had a lovely tea. My friend was well catered for in terms of dietary requirements. My only criticism was the spa pool was really cold!
