Everyone was very polite and welcoming. Great location to walk to the seafront. Really comfy bed but room was so hot. Could do with a fridge please.
Swedish Massage
Had a spa treatment gift so decided to book in for 2 nights. The spa treatment and amenities on offer were great. Really good food served in restaurant and the staff were very attentive and friendly. However the room allocated was at the front of the hotel in what looks like an add on area. When we got into the room it was unbearably hot. The large mobile fan placed in the room was on day and night. Surely if no aircon option then decent cold air blowers should be provided as minimum.
Swedish Massage
Really lovely spa day, the therapist was lovely and gave a very good facial. There was a real mix of facilities sauna, steam room, aromotherapy suite and pool and hot tub. The menu choice for the lunch that came with the spa day offered a good selection and my guest and I were very happy with our delicious lunches.
The changing rooms are not very large and only one shower which could be challenging if you had a lot of ladies using the facility at the same time, but other than that a perfect day.
Classic Facials
Lovely hotel, food was very tasty and the bed was so big I could sleep sideways if I wanted to. I had a reaction to the aromatherapy oils used in cave and the lady on the desk (sorry I forgot your name) looked after me perfectly making sure I was ok. Thank you millions.
We stayed for a night away from kids and it was perfect for this, and after our visit I'm keen to visit with the children as the hotel is perfect for family's too
