We had Jackie for our treatments, lots of changing of appointment times and treatment details. 5 times.
Room’s view was a metal stairway and a man smoking on it.
Not a great first start.
Pool and massage were amazing, all staff were lovely.

We had a lovely spa day on Saturday for my mum's birthday. Unfortunately one of the beauty therapists was off sick so I couldn't have my Swedish back massage *not a massive problem for me, I have another spa day elsewhere in 2 weeks' time and the hotel organised a refund for my treatment ). My mum and sister really enjoyed their facials. The afternoon tea was very tasty and we ended up taking loads home with us, as there was so much there. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
