Lovely day at the spa. Shame they water levels needed checking so spa pool out of use for about an hour. Changing rooms very small and lockers need to be updated.
Staff were super helpful and polite. Plenty of good towels and robe was comfortable. Massage good but wasn’t asked if I wanted a hard, medium or soft pressure like my friend was. Overall fab value and a nice day

Very long time to book in,no clean robes or slippers,changing rooms full of dirty towels and robes so had to change in locker area,could not shower until got home as showers and wash hand basin absolutely dirty,to much chlorine in jacuzzi and pool my sister in law suffered burns and had to fill out an accident form. Toilet seats broken my wife is registered disabled went to use disabled toilet could not use it as lots of chairs put in there.Up graded to afternoon tea and hair found in the food. Birds droppings on floor in dinning room. It was meant to be a birthday treat for our daughter but very dissapointed. The hotel need a visit from environmental health.
