Booked a spa day for myself & a friend. We were very satisfied from the time we arrived! I can honestly say my massage was the best I’ve had , this was done by a lady called Melissa . Definitely would not hesitate to book again
Classic Facials
Lovely day at spa. Treatment was relaxing. Afternoon tea was great and the staff very helpful. Only problem was the spa and whirlpool were very cold so didn't use them. Aroma cave wasn't scented enough either. Overall very enjoyable for my friend and I.
Head Massage
Really enjoyable weekend catching up with girlfriends. Great value package, food was fab. Some parts of hotel were requiring a bit of tlc and the spa felt a bit dingy and overcrowded but this did not affect our enjoyment. Would book again

I thinkbit was good value for the price. I loved the massage and thr jakuzzi.the downside of my visit was that some parts of the building was neglected e.g. shower in the ladys changing room looked dirty and tiles were fallen off, tiles were fallen off in other places too.
The restaurant was nice. We had an afternoon tea. The cakes were super small size,same as the sandwiches. The scones were nice.
