Disappointed as the jacuzzi wasn’t working. only one changing room out of two locked. Pool was cold. Robe was dirty. Overall place wasn’t the cleanest. However, treatment was nice.
We had a cream tea booked for 2pm which finally arrived at 2.45 with the scones very crunchy and burnt!
Therapeutic Massage
The treatment was good and the beatician professional. But the facilities/cleanliness and restaurant experience let it down. The changing rooms needed some tlc especially the shower. More hooks needed in the changing rooms. The soap was clearly not Gilcrest and was quite gungy which didn't make me want to use it.
The restaurant was understaffed and the afternoon tea consisted of one scone that had clearly come out of the freezer and been reheated.
