Everything was perfect,the place, staff.. but the treatment wasn't that good

This was a fantastic deal. Great value for money. The spa itself seems a little dated and slightly unclean. I didn't feel refreshed after its use. The reception staff seemed under a lot of pressure and more than once they were dealing with calls on the phone taking bookings when I went for help. The staff givingredients treatments were very good and efficient. I would go again but wouldn't pay more than I did for this .

Amazing experience, such friendly and dedicated staff! Had a couple of problems with bookings but they were resolved as soon as I stepped in the door.
