The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was surprised to find that the spa and pool were in a lower ground floor with steep stairs and no lift to the area. I have some mobility problems but with help from my PA I managed to get down them. The robes and towels were spotless as was the changing area which was smaller than I had anticipated. There was sand in the pool in the corner of the shallow end. There weren't many rails to hold onto to get into the bubble pool or Jacuzzi but I managed to use them without a mishap. The Elemis facial was fabulous and my skin still feels soft. We upgraded to an afternoon tea for an extra charge and it was delicious we ate it sat on a terrace overlooking a bright and cheerful garden where there was another swimming pool that we could have used.. All the staff were friendly and very smart. Great value for money and I would recommend this venue for a lovely chilled out day

We had a great spa day - the afternoon tea was lovely, the spa facilities were excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. Will book again.

Enjoyed every moment of our stay ! From the spa facilities and spa treatments ( which were incredibly relaxing ) to the delicious food and friendly staff ! I honestly couldn't fault anything about our stay and would 100% think about booking again, especially for the price, added bonus !
