Robes were included in our package and they were not available. This was ok but would have been better to know this in advance. The changing facilities were not st the same standard as the rest of the spa.

had such a lovely day staff were great, only downside was therapist was off sick so some treatments were cancelled very last minute.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The spa could need refurbishment and a bit more cleaning here and there, but it was not an issue for us. Sauna was great, steamroom and jacuzzi, too. Massagetherapist was very nice, good pressure. Hotelstaff is very friendly. Also enjoyed the food! Would go again any time!

We had a lovely stay and spa break. The staff were helpful and skilled in their areas. Both Jodie and Lisa were amazing for my massage and I would recommend them and the establiment to anyone who is looking for affordable relaxation.
