We had a wonderful day. The staff was very helpful. The afternoon tea was great. The only thing was the changing room was very small and at times became uncomfortable if there was more than two in there.
Lisa was welcoming, professional & knowledgeable. I liked her judgement skills as she advised having a colour shade that wouldn't make my face look drained of colour. What was especially pleasing was the avoidance of any stinging nor irritation in my eyes immediately after the treatment.

Unfortunately the spa day I booked did not live up to my expectations. It's in desperate need of a refurb, it was dark and didn't appear very clean. The treatments were quite good, but the overall appearance and ambiance really let it down.

The hotel was okay, we were given a bad room right by the lift and so it was very noisy in the mornings and we were woken at 7 by people talking loudly and cleaners talking. The whole hotel could do with being refurbished there are damp patches and stains on most ceilings and walls. For the price that we paid using lastminute.com it was okay and the food and spa treatments were great but the spa needed refurbishing as well it was quite dated, noisy and tiles had fallen off in the jacuzzi. If I were to stay again it would be for the food and spa treatments and certainly if they offered me room 11 or 12 I would ask to move!

The spa was a gift to my wife and from what she told me the whole day was amazing and that the treatments that she had she thoroughly enjoyed very relaxing with all the facilities available
Thank you will definitely be something I would recommend again to anyone
