The facilities were dark and dirty. Very small and cramped changing room which was dirty and pretty sure wasn't cleaned all day. The jacuzzi stung our eyes. The massage was lovely however my manicure lasted barely a couple of hours. I complained about the experience and have not had a response
Lovely spa - aromatherapy room,sauna,steam room all great.
Lovely atmosphere.
Treatments all great and definitely would visit again!
Cream tea with prosecco nice but could of done with an extra scone (1 simply wasn't enough)

Lunch and dinner were horrible. Lack of organisation. Room was ok but bed and pillow uncomfortable. Fan in bathroom didn't work. The hotel need a lot of attention to bring it up to 4 star standards! Jacuzzi in spa left us with a slimy film over us.
The main pool was nice. The massage at the spa was good.
Was a nice surprise to find parking charges were included although I scratch my head at why a hotel charges for parking when a customer (s) are staying there??
