All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.It was really good but it took us a while to get started - the spa and hotel didn't seem to mix very well and therefore we had to keep going up/down to work out what was happening! Over the duration of our stay we heard so many complaints from other visitors - most of which we didn't have problems of at all.
