Felt this was a lovely hotel and the food was amazing so I would go again and recommend. The lady who performed my spa treatment was also very nice.

The member of staff who carried out my massage was friendly and efficient and very welcoming. However, I waited at the reception desk for 10 minutes before anyone came to acknowledge me - if you are new to the spa, as I was, it would be helpful to have a member of staff on the reception desk to greet you.
