I wouldn't recommend this place. To start with when booking the spa treatments, nobody ever answered the phone to the spa and the front desk wouldn't help. It took about three days of trying to get through to the spa to book the appointments. I was told they would call be back but they never did. The majority of the staff were rude. One main lady on the front desk, she didn't speak very good english and she was very unhelpful when asking a couple of questions. The outside is very tired looking and defiantly needs sorting out. There is a lot off competition in Bournemouth and much nicer places to stay. The only thing I would say was nice was the food. We had a three course dinner as part of our package and that was the only good point about this hotel.
service was poor as was the food. hotel was very noisy with guests screaming in the hallways at 2.30am! also our fire alarm went off twice during the night for no reason. for 185 per night and not even a free bottle of water. not good
Staff were very attentive, the facilities great. We had a very relaxing spa break. Some of the rooms could have done with a good clean and a little DIY TLC.
It took about a week for the treatment time to be confirmed. No one replies email or answer the phone.
Arriving half an hour before the treatment time, no one was at the spa reception. Some other people were waiting as well.
Small portion and limited choice in restaurant.
