Lovely spa. Lovely staff and lovely food. I only took a star off because the changing rooms leave a lot to be desired. One shower, one toilet, one hairdryer. very small and in desperate need of a revamp. I ended up just getting dressed and then showering at home.
Ruby was fantastic with my treatments, very talented and I’d love to have her again.

Had a spa day with lunch and one treatment. Staff were very friendly and professional. Had a Swedish massage and it was really good. Lunch was fabulous, I had a red curry which was delicious and my partner had a chicken burger. The fries were really good!! Facilities were good but the changing rooms were appalling. No room, not many lockers and a small shower with a broken shower head. The gents changing room was under 6 inches of water. Such a shame as everything else was wonderful.

After reading a few less favourable reviews I did wonder what the spa would be like but for a hotel spa I thought it was great! A lovely way to spend a few hours and we didn’t even have time to use the outside pool. Lacey was lovely who did all 3 treatments for our group, she was lovely and friendly and we all came away feeling very relaxed.
