They offered me facial and head massage instead. Understandable but frustrating. Treatments were nice but not what I wanted. Grateful they informed me in advance. All staff were knowledgeable and understanding.
Spa is nice but needs a deep clean and maintenance. Missing tiles have been replaced with mismatching ones. No loungers in spa area to people watch and read. Dividing wall is unnecessary.

Absolutely amazing this hotel and spa.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming and looked after us very well, our room was beautiful, the food was beautiful and we will be staying again next year for our 2nd wedding anniversary 2025 😍

The room was a little dated, and could do with a new carpet started to lift where the door is.
The room was extremely hot and no air con, we used the fan provided all night but was like hovercraft all night.
But the staff, restaurant and facility’s was amazing.

The manicure was very poor nail polish was not done well at all and was told after this treatment not to use any of the pool steam room or anything else as it will take about 2 hours for the nail polish to dry as they have no way of drying them so I then had to take my wife into town to a nail salon to get them re done costing me £60 so not very happy would not recommend a manicure
