Staff were very attentive, the facilities great. We had a very relaxing spa break. Some of the rooms could have done with a good clean and a little DIY TLC.

It took about a week for the treatment time to be confirmed. No one replies email or answer the phone.
Arriving half an hour before the treatment time, no one was at the spa reception. Some other people were waiting as well.
Small portion and limited choice in restaurant.
Room is very small.

A lovely hotel once inside. Varied spa facilities and great treatments with s facial and a massage. Gel mani and pedi not quite as good as both chipped the next day. Staff were lovely and friendly and helpful. Would go again

Great value for money in terms of what was included. The actual hotel and spa are very tired looking and the changing rooms were ridiculously small.
