My first ever spa day. It was brilliant staff were lovely and kind. Shelley was lovely on the front test and very warm greeting. The massage was amazing and there was a range of facilities to use all which were brilliant. after the spa we had food upstairs in the restaurant which tasty great. Definitely recommend I will be going back.

Deep Tissue Massage
Room provided was a single room that had been converted to double, so only had single headboard across both beds. Room was very hot on arrival, and on top floor, so sweltering - staff could have opened window beforehand. Spa facilities were enjoyable but run down. Massage treatment was excellent. Evening meal was nice, but during breakfast, staff tried to clear away drinks while we were getting food. Lift was out of service, which we had not been advised of, and very steep stairs were not ideal

The staff were very friendly there was a couple of maintenance issues in the changing area which needed addressing.

We really enjoyed the treatments we booked, the beauticians were lovely. The lunch was delicious. Staff were very welcoming and attentive, particularly the matre de in the restaurant...fantastic service all round.
