Kayleigh gave me the most wonderful back, shoulder and neck massage and was lovely to talk to.
Lunch was delicious, all the staff were polite and friendly.

Everything was really good, staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and food was great. The only thing was the room was very hot, could do with air conditioning. But other than that, great all round. Will definitely be back again

The spa lunch menu, staff & cocktails great. The pool, jacuzzi and relaxation lounge were to cold to stay in and nowhere to sit. Changing room tiny & 4 of us struggled to move around each other. Only one locker left, couldn't put all our stuff away. Paid for robes and parking, this should be included. Mums 70th so wanted it to be special. Disappointed with the spa. Not enough loungers or sests. Couldn't relax anywhere. Fed back to hotel at time.

I think the spa it's self is due a upgrade . The changing facilities not clean with a damp smell. Pool, hot tub and steam room all need a really good detailed clean.
The food and the rest of the hotel was really good.
