At first it took me 20 minutes to find the room I am in, because there were no signs to navigate us. Then In the bath tub my girl found hair ... (poor cleaning) The next day we went to the SPA (where we had 1 hour treatment included in the price) and the guy from the desk said: " I am sorry but we haven't got any slots where you can go and have your treatment. " So it turned out that we wont have your "SPA" weekend... due to the fact that they "didn't have time for us" .
Thanks a lot for embarrassing me in front of my girlfriend and for the "great" service :)
Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful at reception.
We asked for robes, we were told they be delivered to our room, when we came back hours later, there were no robes in our room, and then reception being difficult to get some. On check out we have been given completely wrong information regarding local bus services.
Breakfast buffet was disappointing, besides the basic range of English breakfast there was very limited option for a continental breakfast; the fruit salad was out of a tin, not freshly made and cheese was rationed/packed like in a hospital setting.
In the sauna the wood beams to sit on were broken, so not able to use.
In summary a disappointing experience for a 4 star hotel.
