The room was nice clean and comfortable the meal was good with generous portions good choices for breakfast I would go there again

The hotel is quite run down, the lift wasn't working whilst we visited and we were on the third floor! The food was nice at the restaurant but we waited a long time for dinner, breakfast was just chaotic no structure really and we didn't actually go for our inclusive breakfast on the second morning. The room was ok, but nothing more than that. The hotel needs some TLC and more staff, the staff during out visit were lovely but just not enough of them. In honesty I wouldn't go back to this hotel again.

Very tired looking hotel in particular the rooms
Room given top floor and lift was out of order not convenient after a hernia surgery could not change room as the hotel was fully booked
Needs a good clean including the spa
Staff were very helpful and the breakfast and dinner were good

So was made to feel somewhat welcome. Massage was so lame I fell asleep. No other words. Did not feel anything Swedish about it. Next time girls need to put back into it.

Hotel is really kept and prestige looking even in the bedroom until u look real close can see it an old hotel and quiet overused. This did not bother me much. Dinner was fabulous! However weren't offered the free glass of wine or the tapas. Now the spa facilities lovely ambience although the 2nd jacuzzi was freezing cold. Few ppl milling but nice quiet space. Bought a massage which I can only describe as nice. Girl didn't really want to out her back into it. Facial was basic. In the end I fell asleep on the table. Beachside is not far away easy walking distance. Had a gd time.
