We had a lovely experience at the spa, we had facials and the young lady that did them was lovely and professional and it was amazing! (Highly recommend) The facilities were good, the pool was nice and warm and really liked the lighting it made it feel like nighttime. We had a lovely lunch in the hotel bar area, again staff welcoming and friendly. We both enjoyed our meals.
The changing room for the spa was very cramped, one small shower and maybe a bit of fixture and fitting needed.

A very pleasant stay.
There was an issue with our appointment times in the spa even though they rang me at home before to change them. A bit annoying but my massage was very nice.
The food was very good indeed!

All the staff were really nice, very welcoming. My husband and I both had a treatment which we both enjoyed. Anna was welcoming. The treatment room was clean and calm, which made the experience all the nicer. Definitely would recommend.
