My mum and I had the best time at our spa day. We were so relaxed by the end of the day. There was a huge range of facilities to try out and the staff were attentive. We are going to make it an annual visit.

We had a great time,a really relaxing massage and lovely time at the Spa.The hotel was extremely comfortable and made us feel very welcome. Our evening meal was lovely and overall a really relaxing midweek break

Can’t fault the massage that was 10/10!
I’d rate the spa 5/10 - the changing rooms in the downstairs spa were closed so you had to go to changing rooms upstairs in a different part of the hotel which were small and crowded due to being the only ones open
The sauna was also out of order
In the pool that’s in the conservatory area there were only 4 sun loungers put out so weren’t able to sit and relax
The general aesthetic of the spa was a bit shabby and outdated - dirty walls etc
