We were warmly welcomed right from entry at the reception.
They were great at fitting us in for afternoon tea. Staff were so helpful at reception and in the spa.
The evening meal we had was amazing. Service was great and the atmosphere was perfect. The room was lovely and clean. The only thing that was a shame was there was no shower wash.
I would highly recommend for a spa break or day and we will definitely be back.

Had trouble getting treatment due to low staff levels other than that really great place very good food and service was brilliant was served by a very polite and well mannered young man call William who went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience.

My daughter & I both had treatments and were very pleased with them and our care. The facilities were excellent, as was our lunch. We would love to return for similar treatments. The only issue I could raise is that, when trying to contact the Spa section of the hotel, I made three calls and left messages but no-one got back to me. I appreciate that a Therapist was off sick and our appointment times had to be changed - no problem - but contact with staff could be easier. Only that one issue!
