Ok experience but food was wrong.
Place was a little off and experience just felt abit odd to be honest. Some staff abir blunt and unhelpful.
Won't recommend to others with the experience we had on that day.

We had a relaxing spa day at the westcliffe hotel. We come back every year as its a lovely welcoming hotel .staff are so friendly and food is great . I would highly recommend this hotel. Well done westcliffe.

A lovely day of pampering with my daughter for our Mother’s Day treat. The massage was especially good. Excellent 2 course meal in the restaurant. Venue changing rooms are a little cramped with just one shower and loo but that did not spoil our experience. Friendly, courteous staff and felt very welcome. Would definitely visit again. Thank you West Cliff Hotel
