On entering the Spa the 1st thing that was said regarding my pamper day was I had to pay 6.00,s parking ,I quirked this as usually as a patron of a hotel or restaurant spa ,the parking is free in the hotel car park .
I then was told they had no slippers for the spa ,I stated if I had known I would of brought flip flops ,I had to walk around on the wet floor ,I was conscious of catching a foot fungal of some kind as the changing rooms were v dirty ,I had to go bare foot into the ladies loos

We booked our trip as a birthday treat. The treatment room was very relaxing and the massage was amazing 🤩 the therapist was very professional

The shower in the men’s changing room was broken! There was only one shower!!
There was only one shower in the ladies where there was a queue!
The conservatory pool area was cold and noisy.
There were no flip flops provided
However, the restaurant food was delicious.

We had a really relaxing day at the spa & enjoyed the neck/ shoulder massage & facials so much we both nearly fell asleep during our treatments! The lunch was also excellent with generous portions & really tasty food. We would definitely recommend this spa day & would like to return.
