Anna was very professional, polite attentive and very great at what she does. I really enjoyed my massage and facial that my daughter gifted to me on my 60th Birthday stay at the hotel. I would highly recommend Anna and the staff at the spa.

Nice hotel with very good facilities. Could do with an upgrade, for example central heating control in bathroom so stiff we could barely turn it. Shower difficult to adjust. Beds comfortable and clean.
Breakfast choices OK but lacklustre. Scrambled eggs distasteful.

£9.50 to park, another £5 each for a robe! Changing room very small. Spa was very dismal. No music, just cheap plastic sofas and a table which was all chipped. There were towels left on the side/on the floor. The girl looked like she had just got out of bed and did not want to be there. All the facilities were tired and felt grubby. Nowhere to sit and read, only a couple of hard garden benches without cushions. Very noisy as low ceiling and strong chlorine smell. Won't be back.
