Found free parking on a side street right by the hotel & spa rather than paying to park in own private car park. Nice spa day but was let down by being unable to use all the facilities due to refurbishments which we were not made aware of. Ladies changing room is very small & difficult to change etc. Relaxation room was a disappointment as was just a couple of sun beds shoved in a room with a beach picture on the tv and fake candles, needed music & comfortable beds. Lunch good but service slow.

Treatment rooms were compact but pleasant. With soft music and a lovely aroma made for a relaxing atmosphere. The beautician explained to my wife what she was going to do and how deep she’d like her massage unlike my beautician. The facilities that were included was an extra bonus ie sauna, steam room and more. Would definitely go again.

Anna the therapist was excellent, couldn't fault the treatment, the bed was wobbling, needed leveling out, tad annoying.
The Spa area, pretty good, shame the aromatherapy room was being refurbished. Steam and sauna rooms-good, anymore than 5 people would be a bit uncomfortable. The jacuzzi was okay only one back jet working, could've been better, pool was nice . Overall pool area was very good, seating and hangers. Changing room was very very tiny, overcrowded if 3+.Lunch was delicious/yummy.
