Well looked after. Really relaxing spa day. The voucher was through Red Letters, would recommend updating what is included (ie, one course meal), the voucher is probably generic. Didn’t make any difference to the day. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa and food.

we weren't informed that the ladies changing room in spa was closed. we had to change in the swimming pool and weren't given any slippers to walk back to spa. the lockers in the changing room were awful, most were not working so had to walk back to spa to get someone to help. all took for a stressful time getting organised. had to go back to changing room before spa and then back to spa for massage with kit in tow because of locker issue. not enough staff on
