From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with smiles which put me at ease straight away. I have had a gift voucher for other places before and have been made to feel, not unwelcome but uncomfortable, really hard to explain. But with your hotel and spa we were made to feel special from the start. The facial was so relaxing and the lady managed to get rid of my headache. The lunch was just fabulous and the staff were attentive. All in all a great day out

Told a polish would not be done as not enough time! I did confirm it included a polish. It wasn't a pedicure just cutting nails and file which took far to long and also hurt in places where was to near the skin. No cuticle work and only 1 apply of colour where it needed 2.
