we weren't informed that the ladies changing room in spa was closed. we had to change in the swimming pool and weren't given any slippers to walk back to spa. the lockers in the changing room were awful, most were not working so had to walk back to spa to get someone to help. all took for a stressful time getting organised. had to go back to changing room before spa and then back to spa for massage with kit in tow because of locker issue. not enough staff on

Loved it all...brilliant facilities & welcoming. All great only thing was vegan lunch bowl very much white rice & mayo coleslaw with few bits got boring after few bites...need more crunch,flavour & less big bowl of white rice..that's literally the only thing as everything was absolutely fab!!! Treatments wonderful. Very relaxing. Love to come do this spa experience again sometime & will recommend. Thank you so much everyone at the Westcliff xx

I have visited multiple Spa days here and can safely say this is my favourite Spa in Bournemouth.
It has all you need for a relaxed day, the massage was fab, and my therapist really listened to what I needed.
The only issue was they were refurbishing the female changing, so we had to use one upstairs. However, we got free robes because of this, and it wasn't too far.
The staff were great and food delicious. We have already planned our next visit in May. Thanks
