My husband and I had a nice time at Bournemouth West Wycliffe Hotel. Staff are friendly and services such as spa was a great experience.

The staff were very attentive & willing to help with any queries
The changing room was clean but very cramped with only one shower & one cubicle for changing in which was a shame We also had a problem with the steam room there was no steam which again was disappointing
But apart from that everything else was good

Really great value for money, the staff were so friendly, we were able to swap our 1 course meal for a delicious afternoon tea. The changing rooms are a little small and cramped but did the job. The sauna and steam room were great and the pool and jacuzzi lovely. The room feels a little dark and the decor could be a little fresher. Just a small note but the blue floor mats are really unappealing but not sure what alternative there is. Will definitely be back at that price.
