Really lovely day, great experience. Only thing I would suggest is taking flip flops to walk around the spa as they only provide slippers for if you go up to the bar.

Unfortunately Westcliff are not geared up for waxing. My appointments have been changed far too often as no qualified technicians have been available. Last appointment was a disappointment as technician was totally out of practice.

First time staying at westcliff hotel. Was great, really relaxing, very enjoyable. Swedish massage was lovely and the spa was so lovely and chilled. Hotel room was excellent, beds was comfortable, had everything we needed. Food was unreal. Definitely will go back again. Thanks for having us. 5 star from me.
