Had an enjoyable day, would have preferred larger cups to drink water from, changing room was cramped, floor was slippery when walking in slippers offered by hotel. Would go again but not top of list.

After reading the recent reviews I was wondering if we’d made a mistake booking this hotel. However for what we paid the room, spa, treatment, afternoon tea and breakfast were all really great value for money 😊 the only negative was that the rooms were really hot even without heating and open windows! In march it was very strange. Would definitely return for a short spa break with friends.

It was a lovely stay just a few things when we went for our spa the lady on reception she didn’t tell us about phones being used! So she came into us like 3hours later to say we couldn’t use them but everyone was using them!! If you don’t want people using them then you need to make that clear. The back massage was ok but the girl had hurt her back so she couldn’t really do the job so it felt like just a tickle so I was a bit unhappy as this voucher was a wedding present.
