The treatment didn’t take place as it was cancelled by the salon. I tried to get an alternative appointment but, despite there being notices in the hotel that appointments were available, there were no available appointments. This negative experience has been compounded by being asked to complete a review and having had several reminders about the appointment. Perhaps your I.T. systems need reviewing?

We were running late! But the therapists made sure we still got our massages, they were amazing and such a relaxing experience. Would definitely recommend and return to this spa again! The whole spa is lovley and quite small so not very crowed at all

It was Enjoyable and the staff were really good. friendly and helpful.
The spa and treatment was also good, we would like to return again.
We also enjoyed breakfast there, plenty of choice.

the staff were friendly and helpful and the spa therapists did a great job with our treatments. However the general cleanliness and quality of facilities were poor. There is only 2 changing rooms and 1 toilet in the female bathroom. The upstairs bathrooms only have 1 toilet also and the other 2 are just full of broken wood. We received the wrong package meal and were given a meal rather than our booked afternoon tea. The facilities are quite small and the steam room didn’t steam!
