The day overall was really good, love the spa and facilities but the treatment was a huge let down. The chairs in the relaxation area were so stiff that they hurt. But overall I love everything else and the afternoon tea was lovely bar some other pointers.
The head massage though - both my wife and I had the same and agree it was the worst we’ve ever had. The most disinterested therapist, wasn’t very warm in greeting and the treatment felt non existent and that they just could not be bothered.
Head Massage
There was very little done to my nails, a tiny bit of pushing cuticles back and a little filing which I had to request specifically to add shape to my nails. They were short so I think the assumption was that I didn't need it. The varnish was done well enough but only lasted 24 hours while the only water which affected it was washing my hands. The varnish peeled off in big pieces, it didn't chip. Overall it's ok but I'm not sure I'd recommend it.

Really great value, friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Would recommend
Swedish Massage
My mums massuese was great, she was so lovely and chatty but was calming and relaxing throughout the treatment. She found a lump which she has advised my mum to go and check out. It shows she was paying attention to the session and it was adapted to my mum. Great session
