Staff at hotel and spa fantastic, massage would have been more pleasurable if there was less talking, however my wife had a great experience.
Swedish Massage
There were not enough facilities for the amount of ladies present on the day.There was 1 toilet for the Spa floor and probably 50 ladies. The changing area is far too small and impossible to change comfortably. Everything looks a bit tired and in need of a good clean. Lots of areas need a refresh.I would really like to recommend this venue to my friends and family but unfortunately I didn’t like the venue. The lunch was very good but sadly the restaurant felt like a cafe instead of a hotel.
Classic Facials
Changing room very small. Food was excellent as were the staff.
Swedish Massage
Excellent treatment and lunch included in spa day. Only downside is the spa feels a little dated. The pool water was a bit too cold for me. The hot tub was out of action for some time so we didn't get to use.
